All pieces are made to order. No returns unless the product was grossly misrepresented. If you find you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to repair or possibly replace your item. Please contact me with any issues. We are not able to issue refunds, but we will do everything we can to make it right.

handmade nature of each piece, and because each item is made of leather which is porous, some care goes into making sure each piece lasts a lifetime. The nature of the leather is that it can absorb and/or collect liquid, oil, and dirt. It is recommended that you treat, or have your bag or item treated with Tarrago Protector Universal, or a similar product before use.

It is also recommended that your piece does not sit in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. The leather can dry out and/or fade in color.

Three Arrows Leather is not responsible for stains or damage that may develop over time.

If a piece develops damage, please contact me at threearrowsleather@gmail.com and I may be able to repair it at a reasonable fee, not including shipping.
