Shop Policies

Production time and shipping:

Each item is made to order unless stated otherwise. The amount of time it takes to make each item is stated on each individual item page, but the latest information is listed on the Home page and at the top of each shop section. Completion times vary based on other orders that are being filled at the moment. Be sure to check the Home page or the top of each shop section to view the latest information regarding order completion times. If you are concerned about the length of time your order is taking, please reach out via email: I will be happy to answer all questions your may have and give you an update on your order. I am a one woman show and do my best to make orders as quickly as possible, but life and other orders happen. 

All domestic orders will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail via USPS and will take 2-5 business days (depending on what shipping you choose) to arrive after shipping. All International orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail via USPS and can after  take 7-21 days to arrive after shipping date. Three Arrows Leather (Sessann Orne) is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or late packages. For international packages, after the package leaves the US, there is nothing I can do on my end to rectify a missing package.

If you wish to change something about the piece you ordered, please contact me. I may be able to accomodate you depending on where I am in the process of making your piece. 

Return and refund policy:

All pieces are made to order. I cannot except returns, issue refunds, or offer cancellations on any orders. If you find you have an issue with your purchase, I will do my best to repair or possibly replace your item, but it will be up to my discretion, and will depend on many factors. Please make sure you read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing. Please contact me with any issues. I will do all I can to make it right.

Care instructions:

Each piece is handcrafted with quality materials. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, and because each item is made of leather which is porous, some care goes into making sure each piece lasts. The nature of the leather is that it can absorb and/or collect liquid, oil, and dirt. I have treated your piece before it is shipped. However, It is recommended that you treat, or have your piece treated with Tarrago Nano Protector from time to time. If you do use a protectant, please make sure you test the product on an inconspicuous place and spray the piece will holding it upright, rather than while it is laying on the ground or surface. Holding the piece and can upright will help avoid drips and splatters. (please read directions on can) Protectants do not guarantee that your piece will not collect stains, etc. It is simply a good practice to help in keeping your piece free of damage.

It is also recommended that your piece does not sit in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. The leather can dry out and/or fade in color.

Three Arrows Leather is not responsible for stains or damage that may develop with use. The nature of leather is that a certain patina will develop over time with use.


How to store your ornament:

To keep your ornament in good condition, please wrap in tissue separately from others as the paint may adhere to another painted ornament. 

About the leather used for each piece:

All the leather used is of the highest quality, however, please be aware that leather is a natural product and there can be natural “imperfections” in each piece such as marks, lines, scratches, darker spots, holes, divots, etc. As well as a slight fluctuation in the tone of the color you are choosing. Some colors can be slightly lighter or darker overall depending on the hide. I do my absolute best to pick the most perfect and flaw-free pieces to make each item with, but please keep in mind that these do occur as each piece is made of natural imperfect materials. These “blemishes” are wholly unavoidable and add to the character and handmade nature of each piece.
